Gina Columna is the president and owner of G-Force
-- a Consulting, Coaching and Facilitation firm
that was founded in 1990. She works with
corporations and private individuals. Her work
centers around organizational effectiveness
regarding strategic initiatives that are tied to a
team’s potential and performance.
As a first generation Asian American, Gina brings
a particular passion and powerful insights to her
focus on Coaching Leaders of Colour.
Selected clients include: Coca Cola Company, BBA
Group Plc, GE, Bank of America, Clariant
International Ltd., and BB&T.
She served as the 2005 president of the
International Coaching Federation, Charlotte
chapter and is a graduate of Coach University.
Ms. Columna is a leadership coach with the McColl
School of Business, Queens University and an
Adjunct Coach for the Center for Creative
Leadership in Greensboro, NC. She is a member of
the National Association of Women Business Owners
(NAWBO) and an active volunteer with various
not-for-profit organizations.
Gina earned her MBA from Queens University, McColl
School of Business, and her BS in Mass
Communication, cum laude, from Towson State
University. Additionally, she has attended
Executive Education at the Institute for Women's
Leadership, the Strategic Market Planning
Institute, was trained in Appreciative Inquiry by
founder David Cooperrider, Ph.D. at Case Western
University, and Global Marketing Strategies at
Thunderbird, The American International School of
Business.
Ms. Columna is a licensed facilitator for The
Coaching Clinic, a 2-day workshop targeted to
organizations that wish to enhance their manager’s
effectiveness with their employees by teaching
them a coaching model. She is also a certified
feedback coach for Benchmarks, a 360 multi-rater
assessment developed by the Center for Creative
Leadership. G-Force partners with a Wilson
Learning affiliate, which provides training in:
Leadership, Customer Service, Sales, Team Building
and Individual Effectiveness Solutions.
Prior to starting G-Force, Gina held management
and sales roles in marketing and advertising with
The Interstate Group, Duke University and The
Village Companies. Ms. Columna has been
interviewed on WCNC, Channel 6 and is a featured
Career Coach columnist for The Charlotte
Observer.
