Patricia integrates over three decades of business experience with her unique approach of blending Quality and Professional Coaching to serve a select group of business clients, professionals, and entrepreneurs. Patricia has been a successful professional and entrepreneur since 1992.
Patricia has completed the Advanced Coaching Program (ACP) with Coach U and the Retirement Options Coaching Program. She has received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a member of the ICF and the ICF/GTA Chapter.
Patricia has earned certificates in Business Communications, Human Relation Studies, Information Mapping for Quality Management Systems, and Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis and Human Job Analysis. She is a Certified Health and Safety Representative and an IQA/IRCA Accredited Lead Assessor for ISO9000 Quality Systems. Patricia is a member of Toastmasters International and has earned the designations of Competent Communicator and Competent Leader.
One of Patricia’s most notable strengths is her ability to interpret and integrate many different standards to help clients develop and implement effective business systems delivering measurable results in Service Quality and Quality of Life in the Workplace (QLW). Her abilities are widely recognized by major corporations and government agencies including IBM, Business Development Bank of Canada, and DaimlerChrysler Canada.
Corporate clients value her attention to detail and quality, her ability to adapt in challenging environments, and her professionalism. She is known for modeling “professional composure” in otherwise stressful business interactions.
